So good! Fuq depression, man! Itâs the worst of the slow killers! Just imagine what nuggets of musical gold Cobain and others could have produced, if not for depression and self-medication with drugs and alcohol⌠and eventually a gun to the face.
Loved STP when they came out. This song was hot when I bought my first brand new car, a 1993 Chevy Cavalier. Ah, to be young again.
And who remembers this one hit wonder song? Really big at the time then nothing.
I love my job!
very true, but I also think that some of them may have gone the wrong way at some point. Who knows, maybe Jimi Hendrix would have played for an insurance commercial with Elton John?
Just follow your eyesâŚ
the album found on the Cobainâs turntable at the time of his death was REM Automatic for the People.
itâs said that he and Stipe were talking about making an album together
new album is coming out this year
Nice! The Cure was the 1st Live Concert Band which I ever witnessed! They came to Ole Miss back in 1983⌠I was fortunate enough to be on the tech crew at the theatre and ran an old huge carbon arc follow spot for the gig! The theatre was completely TRASHED during that show! The local police had to clear the building with dogs and billy clubs. It was awesome!
I get to see John perform local in 2 weeksâŚtoo excited!!
The shows and meets are starting back up soon!
@anon70102222, these talented Aussie boys definitely continued on with their success down here in Oz at least. I remember when they released âTomorrowâ and SMH when I realised they were only 15 or 16. Anyways, that got me thinking about this one. Great song and remember I really dug the video first time I saw it . I think they were about 18 when they did this. Anyhoo, hope yâall like it.
