I just logged off and then logged on because I just had to post this. What do you make of this short? Is this a prankster production? I’m trying to figure out if the cop actually stepped away from the car for a longer time than what the footage shows, allowing Sarah to leave. What do you think?
I started watching 1923…binged the first 7 episodes so far. Holy smokes it’s good!!
I think it might be edited lol. Oh that’s funny though.
Great cast. I think I’ll give this one a try, thx.
I suspect that, too. Even though the editing is so smooth, usually a cop takes your registration back to their cruiser and returns with it in hand. I think the cop was turning away, on her way to her cruiser when they edited it, making it seem like she never went to her cruiser.
started re watching this series again since the first time it aired. Amazing show, lots of sex, drugs and laughs. Although I recall the later seasons sucked
It’s insanely good, it’s intense though… taking the night off to read. I’m surprised to say the least. It’s a good show.
Smile, darn ya, smile!
You know this old world is a great world after all!
Smile, darn ya, smile!
And right away watch Lady Luck pay you a call!
Things are never black as they are painted,
Time for you and joy to get acquainted!
So make life worthwhile,
Come on and smile, darn ya, smile!
(somebody just watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit)
Thx for the info. I really like how they’re doing this and explaining how a Pixel phone can be wiped of all it’s apps and turned into a ghost phone. It ended kind of abruptly and I didn’t catch where his ghost phones can be purchased or how you can access his service. Do you have a link?
I started watching Landman after watching 1923…I couldn’t get halfway through the first episode…It’s giving me, ‘Billy Bob is sick of acting’ vibes. It seems like it’s lacking a strong storyline. I’ve seen people rave about it, so clearly it’s a me thing? Anyone else? I get what it’s about, it’s just…it’s hard to describe. I’ll try it again, but I’m disappointed lol
I may give it a try after I finish 1923 myself. About to start season 2 and I’ve been captivated by the Spenser/Alexa storyline. I don’t understand where the Indian girl storyline ties in, unless the showrunners just want to get people pissed at the Catholics (or they just needed a lot of filler space.) The soundtrack is fantastic.
That confused me as well. I’m thinking it’s leading up to how Yellowstone ends (not sure you’ve watched YS yet?) Hold your hat for season 2…I had to take a night off from binging more than once…
How poorly the natives were treated…but in the end, they won. While it was good and the acting for the most part was good, there was definitely “fluff” within the story. Let me know how you like season 2!!
Dammit, I should’ve know better. With the way 1883 ended, I. Should’ve. Known. Better.
Elsa doing the voiceover in 1923 was my first clue and I friggin’ ignored it. Not sure I can do Yellowstone if this is how they’re going treat me
Yellowstone was great except the last few episodes of season 5 were wonky because he had to wrap up the series. It’s definitely worth watching, no voice over, and the characters are great. I’d recommend!
It’s almost like these shows looked at the final two seasons of Game Of Thrones and said “Wow, that worked out so well!!”
