Well… I should be called a Network Administrator. But I got stuck with the title Network and systems security specialist. I work at a college, and Administrators are on a different pay scale. They manage people, I manage servers, and workstations.
I was a professional Arborist for 25 years before my computer hobby became my job.
I do a bit of web whacking on the side. This is my first post, and I have to say this site is really cool. Thanks Lars!

Another day at play. Some days are more enjoyable than others. Today not so much, except for being to vape all day in solitude (away from the vape haters). Dance competition for ages 5 through 18. There’s only 367 sets of kids on the stage today! 8am to Midnight. Pic is me behind my lighting console looking at the stage.

I’ll reply to this thread by replying to Highcountry. I am a freight broker…self employed. I most always book expedited freight serving primarily the automotive and medical industries. However, I also arrange the occasional over-dimensional load whether simply a wide load or something exceptionally large that requires surveys, police escorts and whatnot. Was a truck diver for 16 years.
I quit in 2005 before vaping was even a cottage industry. I think I would have enjoyed my vape on the road!

Wow some interesting careers on here ! I’m a critical care Registered Nurse been saving lives for almost 10 years love it ! About to take my first travel contract all the way across America im in Florida and am going to travel to Washington state up near Canada in the next month in a half for a 13 week contract. Normally I work at my steady job but I’m getting tired and growing bord so I want to travel and get paid to do it lol ! I will be so close to Ecigsexpress oh boi no
More waiting lol ! And my supplies needles and the like I always bring home unexpectedly so I never buy any of that stuff it’s a good side perk

Being a mom is tough work I wouldn’t down play it not nothing ! I didnt have kids biological but helped raise to boys now in their 20’s whew that’s some work ! and ppl ask me all the time if I’m going to have any of my own I’m 37 now I just say nooo thank you!
