I need to send you some Hiliq Rice…Nothing like it and it is perfect for this
I believe I have seen FE Sweet Rice paired with something like Cinnamon Danish Swirl @.50% in a few Rice Pudding recipes. I’m assuming that CDS brings a mild bakery cinnamon and adds the much needed depth to Sweet Rice to keep it interesting.
Yes, I used to use CDS a lot until the cinnamon started tasting metallic to me compared to some others. Still worth a try since the doughy part can help the rice. Thx
So Hiliq is the Holy Grail! Thx, Fiddy. I may have heard this in the past but obviously forgot. For future reference, is the Hiliq website the best place to get it? I have ordered from them before.
Ya i order direct and Hiliq is so far above the other rice flavors its not comparable. If i never tried hiliq i would probably opt for VTA Rice Base
That’s good to know. What did you use the rice flavor for? I don’t recall seeing any of your recipes using rice.
Heres a couple…
Oh la la, I likey ![]()
Mixed up this classic out of my archive, it sounded good because the monthly mix along is blueberry.
This was posted by Lynda in the Favorite Recipes of 2022 thread and I just had to hunt it down. @Lynda_Marie are you still mixing this one up?
Really good 2 flavor banger.
A few days to steep and it’s good to go.

Here’s my take on FJ’s new one shot. In a nutshell (no pun intended) I like it and will find it useful.
Very nice @muth …
Profile: Roasted pecans, cashews, toasted hazelnuts, crunchy PB
Recommended usage: 6%
Personal preference: 9-10%
This is one of FJ’s unsweetened one shots. I consider this a plus since you can determine which sweetener and how much.
Go Nutz pretty much lives up to its description but recognizing each component is difficult due to its blended creaminess. That’s what it is, a nutty flavored spread, candied nuts swimming in vanilla, maple and caramel cream. This appears to be Flavor Jungle’s version of Mom & Pop’s Go Nutz. Obvious to me was the luxurious cream, hints of peanut butter, roasted pecans and toasted hazelnuts. I’m sure the buttery cashews were there but I’ve yet to taste a cashew in vape form, my tasters just can’t do it.
Flavor Jungle suggests it’s a nice addition to desserts and I have to agree. If you’re a Calipitter Chow fan or a nut lover like me, I betcha’ you’ll like this one. Its uses are abundant: candy, ice cream, cookies, cakes, pastries, coffee drinks, liqueurs, tobacco…
Why thank you ![]()
