I’m not sure of the profile you’re looking for, but maybe this mix will help you decide. I built this mix today from a pic in the link I posted earlier. Just a little insight into building a mix from an actual food recipe.

This is one of my favorites of all my recipes. Not a dry or burnt note to be found. The PB is just right with these two brands.

Edit: Sorry to further derail the Caramel conversation! I think I’ll try adding some to this just to see how it goes!
