I use Flavorah blueberry muffin for the blueberry and not the bakery. There’s much more density in Fa Bb muffin. They are opposite. One has more cake/density, one has less cake, more bb. What % are you getting density/cake at?

Good News…The Inn is almost 100pct ours just a couple more things to do to make it official. Then on to buying this house UNLESS owner tries to hold fast and ask too much . We are about 125,000 apart . She wont get what shes asking for and i think our offer is genorous

And no, you are not a dick. You have been through so many hurdles this year, 2 deaths in your family, buying out the Inn, etc. I commend you for taking that giant leap and no, our economy is in tatters now with a deep recession lurking, so you should be able to get the generous offer. I just hope some conglomerate company doesn’t come in and swoop up the real estate.
Now the MF flavors that I ordered are:
I requested a sample of Fig and Blackberry Vanilla Cobbler. I actually saved my notes from our conversations so long ago. I wish I ordered the Butterscotch and the Caramel as well, but I am more into fruits, so I’ll just get them another time.
