That looks awfully good Lynda. I love strawberry rhubarb but have never had any success with a recipe. I’ve tried using Rhubarb Crisp (OOO) but could never get it to taste right. I need some of those new flavors and that Strawberry Jam (OOO).

I wanted something with bright strawberry notes. So I’m trying a Strawberry Shortcake with what I have in stock. So far its good but I’m thinking I am going to need to boost the cake

I was originally going to use Buddhas hand (VSO) at .25% but I couldn’t find it, so I used ultimate. You could use FE at .50%. Or if you have Buddhas hand…

I have both Buddhas hand and FE Lemon. So the combo of Buddhas at .25% PLUS FE Lemon at .5% or is it either/or?

I’d do either FE or VSO. It’s just a pop of citrus. I’ll definitely remake with VSO when I find it lol

Try using FW Yellow Cake instead of Angel Cake and drop the Super Sweet
