Did you have any leaking with your Goliath (s) ? I guess not if you got 3 of them.
I built it just like the instructions said with little cotton wick that only went to the edge and cut it off there. I didn’t tuck it under or anything. But, mine is having a woosh - leak situation. In other words, occasionally, a bunch of juice comes out of an air hole. Oh… ya. I did put a pinch of cotton between the coil and the post to avoid shorts. Maybe that is the culprit/cause? I’ll rebuild it in the morning and see what happens. This time I’ll use more cotton and see if that eliminates the leak - woosh.

Try building at least a 2.5mm ID coil and get the cotton wick snug but not tight. That should leave some hefty cotton tails. I make sure extend to the juice channels, but in them. I wet my cotton before I trim to length so I know they are long enough. I have never had a Goliath leak… I wish I could say that about my other tanks.

Ok. My re-wicking of the Goliath with cotton the right way LOL (instead of me trying something fancy) works great. Now NO Leaks. I just turn the ejuice flow to zero before I refill.
I still have leaking with the Zyphyrus if I use the top- fill hole. If I fill it from the bottom, I don’t get any leaking. I wicked it the same as the Goliath. I honestly think it is the Zyphyrus and not my build. But, I’ll try things a little different each time I build it. I typically use cotton that is snug, not tight and trim it to just inside the juice wells- no longer or shorter. I tuck it into the juice wells wet. I make sure I can see the air holes and they are not blocked with cotton. I’ve watched a lot of Utube videos and it feels like riding a bike now.

I got my BILLOW V2 on Wednesday. And my m80 came on next day free shipping delivered Wednesday.

Very very nice.

It reminds me of the airflow on the PETRI RDA slight restriction but nothing heavy.

Great flavour and clouds for days.

Wicking IMO is the key to this RTA.

If you can get the wicks to sit in that lip just above the channels then it keeps up and doesn’t get dry at all.

How are you liking yours?

I’ve had zero leaking issues, no flooding regardless of the resting position of my device.

Same results here! It stays at home cause I don’t have a replacement glass tank yet! It’s my fav tank; probably get another on a sale day. EHPro puts out a quality atomizer!

Lol I’ve just purchased about 10 Vape bands just incase. Lol.

I’d like to see a smoked replacement glass for the Billow.

Haven’t tried looking too hard for one yet though.

Also got a silicon cover coming for my M80.

Zyphyrus is now fixed thanks to your prompting me to keep trying with your post and reply.
I was replying to your message, but I stopped and went and FIXED IT! I did Not have the base of the coil section screwed in all the way and that was the problem. At first I thought i’d try re-wicking it a third time with less cotton at any levels above the air holes, but the darn thing poured ejuice this time. Then I thought I must be missing an o-ring, so I got the extras out and checked that and I wasn’t missing any. That’s when I discovered when I compared things to the pre-built coil section, that my base was not screwed in all the way. So glad it’s fixed. Flavor is great. Waiting for Nichrome 60 in the mail and perhaps i’ll try some Clapton coils to get even better flavor next week. Vaping Boston Cream Pie with Caramel and Marshmallow. Very good. Additional info. Just want to say… This has been an experience. First the Goliath was leaking, and I fixed that by re-wicking correctly. Didn’t do anything fancy and it works great. Then the Zypherus was pouring out ejuice every time I filled it (using top-fill plug). Discovered after 3 tanks half wasted that the base to the coil section wasn’t screwed in all the way. Wow - hope all this helps some other newbie. It took some patience! I’m learning a lot. To sum it up. I love, love, love the Zypherus and the Goliath by UD. Wonderful tanks that vape great at 40 watts or 14 watts. Also really like the top fill feature on the Z. The ejuice flow adjustment on the G might be very good for some people. Never dry hits on either. I don’t think it would be possible with the huge size of the air holes inside and out. Workmanship A+ except the threads on the chimney of the Zyphyrus. Well, now that i’ts screwed in all the way. LOL.
