From what I’ve read on there site I’m not the only one with this problem, seem’s to be 100’s of people.
Was your Istick in good order when you received it.Working good, no rattles.
Maybe you accidentally ordered it from the China site? I’m sure you’ll get it eventually. As far as my istick, it’s been great. No problems whatsoever. Love it. It does have a very very slight rattle from the + and - buttons, but only when shaken very hard. All in all, I have no complaints at all. I might buy another one (or two) again.
After sending them an email to cancel my order at 5:00pm 9/14/15 they send me an email at 10:48pm 9/14/15 saying sorry it shipped yesterday on Sunday 9/13/15 They should of sent a tracking # when it shipped ans sent a email. Hard to ship with USPS on Sunday.

Whats funny is illum sent me an email on monday that my batteries had shipped but they only made a usps tag and there sitting in san jose cal. And efun sent no email and sent my pagage out on sunday, its in Indy as of 3:44 this after noon.
Well, I’m happy that you’re assured to receive it. As for the batteries, don’t be surprised if you receive them before the usps updates. It’s been happening to me a lot lately. I think USPS is getting lazy. At least now you know what to expect should you order from these guys again.
Remember, a Jedi must always practice patience. Otherwise you’ll end up vaping on the darkside…

Got my Istick 100w tonite, 5 day shipment including Sunday. But there’s something loose inside and its not the buttons. So I guess it’s going back.
They still haven’t charged my account.
