Started watching when I was shipped out to Pennsyltuky to live with my pops back in the later 80’s Being in Eastern PA, everyone was nuts for the Flyers. I was mostly drawn by the action-the speed, the hits and the fights! It wasn’t until the Av’s breakout season in 95-96 that I declared an “official” team. Then, when Thomas was in the net for the Bruins I got caught up with what they were building and here we are.
I wish we had college hockey in the area, but it’s just too damn hot and not enough people here follow. The ones that do are usually Sharks fans, and they’re another breed altogether…
