At least 2 or 3 times per week I have this issue where my page doesn’t fully load. Any clues as to why this happens or how to fix it. This happens on all my computers and browsers. It doesn’t happen on my cell phone though.

It indicates a problem with javascript - usually it’s something to do with the cache. Force reload or clear cache usually takes care of it… Once in a blue moon it can be a resource that didn’t load properly - same fix, usually…
No, but I frequently have to redo my “Save as defaults.” That ever happen to you?
I had that problem in past, but it’s been solid lately.
I’ve noticed that myself, a few times. I need to investigate that further.
I rebooted my modem, router, laptop and pc. I cleared both cache, turn off my antivirus and it’s still the same across both pcs. My cell phone feeds from the same wifi and it’s ok.
Yep thats when it happens to me 3 times last couple days. i changed from 100 mg Ml Nic to 50 Mg Ml Hit Default /Save . 
I upgraded java rebooted came back to ELR Changed Nic values Hit default/save .I cant read any recipe values any where . Ain’t this fun 
So! here is what i got. Couple hours from now come back it all works again dont Touch that button 
I was going to Paste in screen save , but maybe i don’t know how to do that ass yet. hope it helps ( EDIT UPDATE) OK SO! went to computer again cleared cache All is OKIE DOKIE Workin so good So Daath was right on , any way what he stated was correct. i am so ashamed Head under arm Google Location recliner in living room 
Has happened to me as well. Thought it may be d/ t my crappy Internet when I’m on wifi mode on my phone. So now I use cellular data if doing a recipe and it’s acting up. But now I see it’s happening to y’all as well.
Very strange - Clearing the cache definitely should work…
I’ve learned a thing or two about that w/ iPhones I believe you and Jimk said to power down and it fixed this problem for me.
Yes, I have that too.
Had this issue as well, turned of uBlock Origin (adblocker) and it went away.
