I will say it’s “different” doing business with EFun, but their customer service is active.
Notice the time stamp to him replying to this topic. Every email has been met with a response and I have been put at ease.
I even “won” a coil winder from a contest I didn’t know I’d entered…it came in the mail yesterday, and I could see myself winding some tight ti coils with it (much better than my homemade jig).
I notice on Efun’s website they have a forum there as well, they even have customer service forums…and it appears they reply promptly there as well.
So I can’t say the customer service is bad.
I asked for a tracking number today, and I got a tracking number today.
They’re in NY, I’m in FL…goes out tomorrow
