This is a placeholder and place for discussion of forum rules on Discordā¦note Discord has several channels including voice.
Not that this matters but I did self censor myself in the main lobby today, just to be safe. Normally IDGA ā¦fluff 
but, yaā know just trying to set a good example since thereās a lot of younginās in there.
Theoretically, itās not indexed by Google as archived ELR content but Iām not really sure how all these people get on there or where they come from.

And i never want that to change. Since this thread was started i will put my reply from the rules thread in here:
Lets get this train back on the tracks. When we first started discussing rule enforcement i said that discord would remain as it is followed by āfor nowā. In the time we have been using chat i have gotten just one complaint. Things are different there and i would like it to stay that way but change is inevitable, like when we moved from IRC to discord.
BUT there we can have specific channels with attached warnings, aint anyone walking into one without knowing wtf it is about.

I know this was kind of a silly post, but just to be crystal clearā¦
The rules are this: the lobby is R, Crazy Town is NC-17 (still no pornāseriously people, thereās a billion places to get that on the web, you donāt really need it here too), channels with specific topics (especially the ones that pertain to mixing) should remain relatively on those topics.
Basically, I donāt really care what you say in the lobby (within reason, peopleā¦lets not be children), I would just prefer that new mixers who come in there looking for help donāt get bombarded with a million pictures of half-naked girls and dildos (@anon44012888).
Thereās like 10 mods in there now so I donāt see there being any real issues here. Carry on.

He does some weird things but deep down he is a good guy.
And the discord chat is pretty fantastic too, We have a bot that searches the recipe, mixer and flavor database with simple commands. But what makes it really fantastic is real time chat. I have gotten to know people in a way i never could on the forums, obviously some more than i would like.
