Has anyone pushed Malt NF to its limits? I haven’t tried it above 1% yet, and I want to see if I can get beyond the subtle texture effect to make a Whoppers and variety of Malted Milkshake recipes. I’m going to do some small bottle tests, but I don’t want to waste my time if it’s totally gross at 2-3% TIA!

You can push NF Malt to around 2% but you don’t need it that high to get the “whoppers” effect.
Here is a strawberry whoppers recipe of mine that I have private.
I have a regular whoppers recipe that I no longer own rights to. I need a PM with sworn consent to give you the recipe and must be a regular member with access to the lounge.
