I’m gonna agree with @Josephine_van_Rijn and @d_fabes here, hs ry1 is really nice and definitely not overly sweet. I’ve been testing a few mixes with it that are about month old now, and 4-5% seems to be where I like it. Its quite strong initially after mixing and has some unpleasant high notes at 4-5%, but it really smooths out over several weeks into a tasty flavor. I liked it as a SNV at 1%, but after steeping it got lost at that low of a %.
