Pairs and 🍐 pears, and pairings

I actually like using pear as a main note and not just as a supporting flavour. Of course the pear I use is a brand (Bolsjehuset) that is hard to find outside of Denmark, and I have never tried any of the more popular brands, so there might be some difference in taste.

My favourite recipe with pear as a main note is a rather simple one:

Pear Cocktail

0.25% Chai Shisha (INAWERA)
4.50% Pear (Pære) (BH)
2.50% Rum (Rom) (Bolsjehuset)
1.00% Vanilla Swirl (TPA)
