Yikes! Sorry to see and hear that… let me know what the best way to do the order when you get to work, I can hold on - for a couple days at least.

That’s a bummer for sure…

It was scary but funny now.

You can just stop in and place the order on the spot with Cindi or Taylor in our front office. Because it is all stock we can just grab it for you. One heads up. We only take card for pick ups. No cash.

Not a problem at all, count on me being in on Monday… with bells on.

@Walt_RealFlavors, I heard you released some of the raw flavor extracts. I’m really curious about these as they should be much more concentrated than the vg based flavors. I went on the site, but I don’t see any reviews there yet. Do you care to comment on these before I place an order?

These are what I’ve been waiting to see. I’ve been following the RF thread and I must have missed these. I have a loaded cart, but I’m afraid to pull the trigger as there are no notes or reviews on these, or am I missing them?

They just came out, so not a lot yet. I do remember someone posting somewhere in one of the threads they had mixed one at 2% and had decent flavor as a s&v. Don’t remember the thread or who it was for sure? I think it was @mjag

I only got the Baklava, Butterscotch Pudding and Strawberry in the new Raw Extracts to try. The Baklava at 2% was pretty good as a shake n vape, authentic flavor but needs a little sweetness, maybe that will come through as it steeps. The Butterscotch Pudding smells stronger so I tried that at 1.5% but didn’t get the flavor I was expecting as a shake n vape. Let it steep overnight as it was a little harsh and the harshness went away but still not as much flavor so I bumped it up to 2.5% total. I mixed it up 3 days ago so I am hoping it will improve with more steeping, right now not a big fan of the Butterscotch pudding but I probably just have to find the right % and allow it to steep. @MysticRose what % did you mix the VG Butterscotch Pudding at? I figure I will mix another batch at 1/4 of what you mixed the VG version at since the raw extracts are said to be about 4 times stronger.

Still need to mix up the Strawberry, I generally mix the VG version at 6% and it has been real tasty so will try the raw extracts version at 1.5% to see if they are in fact about 4 times stronger.

I will update the real flavors thread when I have more info, don’t want to derail the Flavorah thread.

SF I mix the butterscotch pudding at 15%. Please keep us posted, want to see if I should switch to the raw extracts

I just hit the go button on some of these. If you don’t order before I get a chance to try them I’ll give you my honest opinion.

I’ll be picking up about six extracts tomorrow and will test right away…

Just a note guys, these are alcohol based, so you should let these breath at the very least overnight to get the alcohol out.

This will vary from flavor to flavor. Some are stronger than others, the joys of raws :stuck_out_tongue:

These are still super new. We are working on this line for a few big box retailers as we speak. I think you will see more as they being pick up. The biggest thing I think you will notice is that a 1 ounce bottle makes a lot more compared to the 1 ounce of VG.

Remember these are raws so the only sweetener in there is the natural one. These have no added sweetness at all. Most of the time you will need to add a bit for vape.

Give a brother a heads up when you are on your way… I will make sure I am not playing with my slot machines haha. (I collect older casino slot machines and work on them when I am stressed out, currently there are 11 at the office when you walk in haha.)

I finally mixed up the Raw Extract Strawberry in a new strawberry custard recipe I am working on using INW’s new custard. I only used 2% of the RE SB from RF, normally I would use 6% of the VG version. I have to say that the RF strawberry RE is coming through nicely. I have to admit that the RF strawberry in both the VG and RE versions are quickly becoming one of my favorites, dare I say possibly coming in tastier than INW Shisha Strawberry…I hope I don’t get burned at the stake for such heresy. This is just a shake n vape at the moment and I did do a heat steep with a frother 2 times before adding nic. I will update once it has had time to steep.

I do plan on trying the above strawberry custard with the raw extracts vanilla custard when I finally get that as well. I feel the list of raw extracts I will be purchasing will be getting longer.

I still have to get the Butterscotch pudding right, thanks @MysticRose for posting the percentage you used for it, I might try a new mix at 4% and maybe add 0.25% Stevia for some added sweetness.

This RE line really has me excited though and can’t wait until the Bread Pudding is available, going to get me some of that. It is a bit of a learning curve but I really like how quickly the flavors develop and the reduced steep time is great for a impatient bastard like me…

Thank you @Walt_RealFlavors for doing what you can to help small customers like us when your doing big business with that awesome new contract, it is much appreciated.

Is there a discount code that will work as ELRECIPES does not it states my cart does not meet the requirements for that discount ? I am @ 79.90$ is there a certain total ?

I only have your Raw Extracts in my cart this may have something to do w/ it ?

That code didn’t work for me either Amy. I only ordered 3 raw extracts as well since 4 bumped up the shipping to UPS and went from about $4 something to $16 UPS. @Walt_RealFlavors is there a possibility to ship via a USPS Priority Mail flat rate box? The Small Flat Rate box from USPS would fit 7 to 10 of the 1oz raw extract flavors for about $7 and insurance is included up to $50 if I remember correctly.

I think I’ll wait to see what Walt comes up w/ shipping & if he’ll consider a code for these. Thanks for the heads up.
I love RF SB it is so good I often mix it w/ SB shisha 2 of my favorites paired together !

I’m looking forward to trying out these in hopes they’ll replicate the original vg flavors but at the strength and concentration we’ve always wanted them to be

Well said, and seconded!

Well now I know I have good taste if we agree on RF SB and Shisha SB, my 2 favorites as well.

I am with you and @Sprkslfly, the higher concentration seems to be the case for me with 2 of the 3 flavors I have tried so far. What is also a plus for me at least is the harshness is also reduced of 2, Butterscotch Pudding was the harshest but nothing like I experienced with some of the VG flavors as a shake n vape. The SB and Baklava I didn’t experience any harshness at all.

I think I remember him saying there wouldn’t be any codes for the raw extracts as 7.99 was the lower he could go. Compared to the $5.49-12.49 of 15mls of Flavorah, I’m willing to go $7.99 for 30mls if they work for everyone at the 1-4% range. Hard to trust a large purchase without the reviews and feedback though :frowning:
I do hope he works out something on the shipping though. I’ve been splitting my orders into 2 bottles per order to get the $4 first class pricing to avoid the $16.90 UPS charge I get for 4 bottles. Saves half on shipping. I agree with mjag, would be awesome if he added a flat rate box, much more affordable. Maybe if you try splitting the order it will help in shipping at least. With the 1oz extracts should be able to get at least 4 bottles for first class. Maybe even 6???
