[REQ] COOL BASTARD (Cafe Racer) recipe if any

Hello people, i been wondering if anyone has tried to clone the Cafe Racer liquid, the Cool Bastard one that is something around Virginia Tobacco, and Menthol (some people says that is something with a mix of Vanilla, Caramel and almond but i dont know exactly.

Cool Bastard, according to the description, seems a lot like Lucky 13 with menthol and mint added.
