To the best of my memory the grapefruit did not stand out in single flavor testing for me and I’ve never had a mojito. But it may be a start on your quest to clone that particular juice.

Lemon Lime based on varying profiles, some reviews said lemon, others said lime, most said lemon lime. Pictures of said just have lime though, so… (potential subs could be citrus punch, or individual lemon or lime flavorings.)
Sweetner as they said its really sweet.
