Sweet e-juice additives screened by researchers

Food for thought --“Obviously, e-cigarettes are not risk free, but there is a tendency to exaggerate potential health risks with little or no consideration for the emerging health benefits of these products,”
Prof Riccardo Polosa, University of Catania, Italy
I wonder if the Prof has talked to the USA FDA?

Very good article and I am glad to hear that Fructose is not as deadly as some depict it to be. Bad thing this does not change the fact that these sugars are still hard on coils. I was a little disappointed that artificial sweeteners were not mentioned in the article.
Sucralose is an artificial sweetener and sugar substitute.
The majority of ingested sucralose is not broken down by the body
Wonder how safe this is. Also, we as blenders know very little about using Stevia. It’s a shame they didn’t touch on other sweeteners…

Vaping research, I suppose, is still in it’s infancy. Even when Sucralose and similar are addressed definitive results will take years to come to fruition with regards to sweet e-juice additives effects. I’m all for research and scientifically addressing/reporting the facts.
