Sweet wheat buns?

What flavours would be good to get to make sweet wheat buns? Like the base bread part of cinnamon rolls, steamy hot, slightly moist, fluffy buns.

I have FA joy which I could see be useful to get that steamy yeasty smell as soon as you took them out of the oven, but I lack the actual bread body and haven’t really found much flavours that represent that so far.

I don’t get any wheat notes; but the Glazed Donut CAP comes off yeasty to me. This is one of my favorite mixes.

I’m working on a v2 because I now have some new flavors that might be better for this mix…

Another combo that might work for a sweet yeast roll is…

Glazed Doughnut (CAP)
Cinnamon Danish Swirl (CAP)
and your favorite cake note to lighten, sweeten and fluff the roll a bit.

Thx for the tips!
I am scandinavian and we have many bakeries based on wheat bread, and cinnamon rolls is one of them. The problem seem to be to find something like an actual wheat bread bun without the cinnamon in it. I have many of the flavors you mention though so I’ll test. Thx!
