Well I pre-ordered a predator 228

They got in other colors few days ago
So decided to call and see if I could change to silver that was in Stock
Was amazed at friendly quick no problem service
They canceled my orider and gave me a store credit
Minutes later I log in and order the silver with store credit
Was nice experience
I have ordered from them in the past always great few days and at door
