What chipset is in a Tesla 120 nano?

I have been looking for nearly 30 min. a cannot find the TYPE of board the damn thing uses. Had it for about a month now and it’s a quality piece that hits hard. Just trying to learn a little more about it since i’m venturing into TC mode.
