On top of the highest (or nearly so) state + local sales taxes in the nation (greater than 10%), a 60% (based upon, and over and above) the retail price on all things vape begin in Washington State on October 1, 2019, with the Seattle Mayor (evidently pandering for a US Senate run later) seeking to (like SF, CA) ban all in-city sales of all things vape, period. Pontificating Nimrods. The (over and above retail price) additional tax on all tobacco has been 95% for years now. But the worst air quality on the planet (Summer forest fires), tax-free.
