Do not have the bell on the phone interface for whatever reason (coughDiscoursecough) on Chrome/Android…
But thanks to your pic I was able to find the square (which is outlined in orange in the pic below after having pressed the ‘blank square’)

FYI, when you mute the whole section, you can still pick out individual threads and set them to tracking or watching. Then they will pop up on the home page and/or send notifications for updates.
