Acetyl prazine

I was mixing up a peach custard recipe 400ml, I could not find my glasses and accidentally added 10ml of acetyl prazine, what can I expect to happen to the flavor?

Mix up another 400 “minus the AP” and have 800mls for the stash!

HOLY NUTS!! :thinking: At 400ml you may be ok. 10ml of AP is definitely gonna add some nutty notes it depends mostly on the other flavors used heavy creams/custards may mute those AP notes some. :crossed_fingers:otherwise it will be a nutty peach custard.

Thanks for the replies, I will try it in 14 days and if it is nuts, might mix another batch to dilute.
