This petition needs a complete rewrite with an editor. I can’t sign it. I’d be embarrassed for the community if it ever reached a lawmaker’s desk.

No, I did not write it. Regardless how it is written, it still gets the message through, that we don’t want that imminent deadline. Hopefully someone else starts another petition, and another. At least whomever wrote this took some action, I wish more
I agree wholeheartedly. While the intention is good, the execution is quite poor.
It doesn’t get that message through.
So you’re lobbying for signatures AND advertising a business?
