Hi everyone, I only got around to mixing my own flavors quite late. But hey, better late than never.
My taste profile: baked goods, definitely – and I like it quite strong.
Unfortunately, I have the feeling that this isn’t for everyone, which is why I hesitated for a long time before posting here. But ultimately, taste is subjective – and I just prefer it when it’s highly concentrated.
I haven’t entered all the flavors into the database yet. I hope it’s okay if I list them here.
Of all the flavors, my top favorite is the CNV Lemon Cream Wafer, followed by the VT Lemon Meringue Tart.
With these two flavors, it’s not primarily about the lemon, but about the cake (or is it cookie or is it wafer?) flavor.
And that brings me to my first question:
What kind of pastry flavor can you taste in the CNV LCW?
My next questions would be:
What pastry-flavored aromas are missing from my stash? As mentioned, I love pastries. Even as food. I adore apple crumble! Apple turnovers (like the ones from McDonald’s) and all sorts of cakes and cookies. What aromas do I need to be able to say, with just the first puff: “Yes, that’s so incredibly authentic and just reminds me of something freshly baked!”
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve realized I definitely need to mix my recipes with a higher concentration of flavoring than indicated in the recipes here.
Perhaps my sense of taste is simply faulty, but I don’t want to discuss that. If I like it with 20% flavoring, then that’s just how it is for me.
My real goal is to find clearly defined baking flavorings that I can then mix with my favorite fruits: apple, strawberry, lemon, and blueberry.
I would be absolutely delighted to discuss this with some baking experts here and thank you in advance.
Just a quick note: I vape a Uwell Crown 5 at 50 watts and a Vaporesso at 55 watts.
