I think it could be, there’s a similar EU petition in Italy:

Unless there’s a Dutch dedicated one, we know that the majority of governments are trying to wipe us out…

It is going to be discussed in the Dutch Lower House, so I guess each member-state is having their own discussions.
I signed the EU one too, just to be thorough :wink:
