Im new to this, and before i buy the flavours, do you think they will mesh well? I heard there is a limit on % before the flavour is muted, is this % okay? Do the flavours complement each other or mute each other?
Hi again @Yalli. Check this out bro. Passion Fruit Cap
When entering flavors into the database, most likely someone, or many folks have- and have used your flavors.
Cruise through the “Notes” section- and see what others say. Remember… Each of our pallettes are different, so what works for me, may not work for you exactly.
I read that you have a Pod device. I dont do Pods, but many here do- and have a sick knowledge on the subject.
Btw… Go back into your “Flavor Stash” and fix the “Passionfruit” error, so it registers like the one we all have.
Keep reading brother! You’ll make it outta here okay with a little more time.
The total 24% of flavor is fine. Though a simple recommendation for this is changing the peach to either Cap Juicy Peach or Yellow peach. Though with flavors like Mango, Passionfruit, and Papaya I’ve found that Orange works better to highlight those flavors. It adds more texture/mouthfeel as well as being more tropical. Quick question though why the powerful sour? You have a lot of sweet fruits like mango/pineapple/passionfruit with Cap SS my thinking is that powerful sour would destroy the sweetness of those flavors. Just my thinking, I could be way off in my thoughts. .
this could work in a pod, but as duckie advised i would also remove the powerful sour as it will be more of a detriment than a compliment imo,
& if you are looking to hit the same sweetness/flavour as a common disposable you will want to at least double that super sweet, i would go as far to say even 2.5%?
another thing to note, & also a common asked question people ask, is why do disposables coils last so long if they have so much sweetener? & the answer is simple, 1- coil/cotton design, they have mesh coils & cotton like typical pods, but a lot of them also have like a foam tube compressed against the cotton. & 2- a lot of disposables dont actually use super sweet, or even sucralose based sweeteners, they use neotame at high dilution rates, which is substantially better on coils/cotton, an example of a neotame based sweetener is capella extra sweet but thats like a blend of other sweeteners aswell iirc? you can actually buy neotame powder & make your own dilution(20-40%), use at high % in a recipe like 4%/5% & you will start to notice that disposable flavour come through, so these two then coupled with a blend of ws23/ws5 etc will make for a disposable flavour, its not as hard as people think to make disposable flavours, if it was that hard then there wouldnt be all these random dispo companies no ones ever heard of flooding the market with this garbage, because it is(imo) garbage, i hate that overwhelming sickly flavour from disposables, feels to me like im vaping acid.
so to recap to make a dispo flavour -
1- simple recipe, high flavour %
2- neotame at high dilution, high %(super sweet can still work fine but will gunk up coils faster)
3- ws23/ws5 (one of or both combined)
4- make it 40vg/60pg, one i forgot to mention earlier.
