Capella Sweet Strawberry pair’s very well with Capella Vanilla bean icecream.
I use 8-9% Strawberry, 5-6% VBIC.

I have a few that I still keep on hand.
I have subbed the caramels out on this one without any problems but I do like Capellas in this mix.

@Ken_O_Where simple custard is four ingredients but it is a great simple custard. The Medicine Flower Vanilla is a great flavor and a must have IMO but I know most new mixers probably don’t have it yet.You can sub out the vanilla with others for now.
