I’d rather do a logic puzzle like a samurai sudoku than engage in maths for fun. I do help adults get their maths GCSE but I have never classed it as enjoyable.
Though is may be due to my love of magic squares in ceremonial magic.

Could you use some of your magic to get rid of the pain in my neck? It’s on the left side dear.
I can look up without any problems, any other way and the pain is excruciating, especially looking down.
You only know how many times you have to look down when it hurts. It’s a hell of a lot of times.

Well, I’d favour tried and tested first. Every morning, I stand up straight in the shower while breathing out, then slowly raise up muscle by muscle while breathing in (Starting with the head, the neck, shoulders, which entails righting the upper body). That minimises the discomfort I’ve accumulated from damage to my cumbrous flesh. For necks, I would advise an oil you find the most calming while having a shoulder massage which covers the first 7 vertebrae (that will cover all key affected areas). Personally, I use a mix of Oud, Sandalwood, and salt in a cast-iron bowl (as I have pissed of all entities in my time).
If you still struggle, I am sure that I can design a personal blend, drink or balm to ensure function and to checkout when you need to rest.

The shower I can arrange. I used a little too much tiger balm. To make matters worse I managed to burn myself with a hot water bottle. I will leave the ointments out for the moment.
My body takes a while to register heat. When it does, the damage is usually already done.
They would have burned me at the stake for having insensitive parts. Not to mention the third nipple they would have inevitably found.

Well that third nipple makes you suitable for a Bond villain gender swap.
Then I think the shower is the way to start. I also have the trait of being insensible to most pain and not caring about any sensation (A blessing or curse at times). It sounds that you have sensitive skin but lack the sensation to spot it. In that vein, I would be pondering two skincare options: aqueous cream (the best cream for washing and hydrating skin while also being dirt cheap) and Sudocrem (again dirt cheap and great at slowly healing skin issues without causing reactions).

Is going to be delivered tomorrow.
Description sounds good. Antibacterial and antifungal agents; and a weak anaesthetic. As well as nappy rash, it can also be used to treat eczema, bedsores, minor burns, surface wounds, sunburn and chilblains.
All I need now is some bedsores and surface wounds and the list is complete. Sunburn is hard to get when there is no bloody sun.

It also lasts a long time: when you use it, you’ll see that it sticks to all pores instantly and a teaspoon of it can cover one of my mighty lower legs.
I think most cosmetic and commercial medical companies do their best to ensure that both are hidden for most.
