To be honest, it is fortunate that you have noticed it, especially as you are now aware of the need to address it.
His may come through medication, one of countless therapies which are available or just ensuring that you take the time to separate yourself from stressors and reflect: I like to have early morning walks in the park while listening to Radio 4 documentaries. I also, paint, sculpt, draw, design courses, and make silly wargaming models when I need to step back and focus on tiny things.
Oh, and being a contender for being the most wildcard blender and contrarian wizard.

I have ptsd, it was in remission.
I thought my (current) symptoms were Graves’ disease related but given they have not been resolving despite bloods being good.
I saw dr a couple weeks ago and am on increased psych meds for a bit til I can decide which way to go with treatment etc.
Coping mechanisms had to change due to the Graves. Still not able to use some of them & trying to find new ones is tricky
