I had a consult with the dietician today. I’m getting shakes delivered, have to take two a day.
I will leave the push ups. I have bouts of rheumatism in my wrist, that result in having no strength and pain. I would fall flat on my face.
I’m not doing squats either. I can barely stand up. I lose my balance when I have to look sideways
I take the dog to the park, bend over to pick up balls and some work on the staircase every now and then.
The dog will only go to the park on days when I’m not too bad. She looks after me.
I think I need rest more than anything else. Any activity results in my heart pumping like crazy.
I will start with the shakes and when I’ve gotten a little stronger I will take it further, a little bit at the time.
I’ve got two neglected gardens I want to work in. There are plenty of muscle building exercises for me there.
It’s ideal, I can build it up that way too. Start with the lightest work and finish with the hardest.
