See how I perform early in the am. I was in bed at 7 and up at 5.
My head’s been blocked up since I collapsed in 2021.
I’ve got this nose spray for almost a year now. It works, but slowly.
The right side is a lot better, the left side is still blocked up. I have either shooting pains going through my ear, or it’s itching.
Monday night the pain all of a sudden went down to the left side of my throat. I couldn’t sleep, it is very painful.
I can barely swallow. Not a good thing when you’re at least 9 kilos underweight.

Yes, after spending the last few days in bed mostly, with a wet cloth and a scarf around my neck.
The pain is a lot less, so at least I can sleep.
Luckily I had made a pan of soup over the weekend, with lots of meat, lentils, potatoes and vegetables.
It’s easy to get down and pretty nutritious. I only had to warm up a portion or two a day.
I’m making a new pan today.
