Sounds like my Uncle Bill. We didn’t invite him to our wedding, he was not happy.
Our extended families are both pretty big and we wanted to keep it small. So immediate family only + friends.
Our wedding present from him was a book called 'modern couples guide to life" or some such title. I’m guessing he didn’t read it because the section on weddings said invite who you want and stuff anyone who doesn’t like it :laughing:
I wrote him a thankyou note “we will never forget the gift you gave us” :laughing:
