Well my starting word was taper but I guess you all know that now!
I chose that word because that is what I did last year “taper” from a benzodiazepine which I thought was causing my cog fog this year - but it wasn’t - it was graves’ - I think I need a new starting word now.
Law of averages and all, I guess “taper” will not come up again…
