Changing names on domains is cool… removing the “vape” “vaping” terms is cool… but [please] make navigation a hella lot better… Im getting complaints in my inbox and phone calls about it.

I did notice nic river changed their domain / company name… the negative US vaping image probably has a few things to do with it. Heck, even here people are starting to look weird at us vapers

color me simple, but if I want to find a flavor section, I want a nice easy to find button that will list categories of all the flavors… simple easy and ready for my wallet to keel over and just die!! 
if one keeps a website with easy navigation, then customers don’t have a bad experience and will shop longer.

I actually had trouble finding the nicotine from the drop down after the changes, and had to click it on the main page just to get there. I was like whaaa 🤷
