Some really stunning work there!
I like the stands better the paintings. i just love the depth and translucency, there. Makes the colours really glow.
Same. Well, just one child in my case. But I was getting quite heavily into pastel painting before he arrived . Not only did I no longer have time for all that, i was concerned about the toxicity of the pigments, ofc. But hey! that was no sacrifice at all, considering what i received instead.
The only disappoint is that once i had my free time back etc, was never really well enough to take it up again. Ah well, so it goes.

Thanks @jay210 , those pictures really don’t do them justice, the resin looks to be 3 inches thick, well close anyway !! they do look better up close, , I am using the best resin, that’s out there, and some 1st class pigments and ink. All wood is hard, and getting ready to stabalize some beautiful burls, cannot wait for that !!! Also incorporating some brass, stainless steel, aluminum, and neoprine… So I am using a lot of different materials, really makes them unique …

Beautiful work dude. Don’t know how long these take to make or how much time you have to invest in them, but what you ought to do is take a collection around to your local vape shops and offer them for sale. If I were to see these in my local shop’s display case, I’d probably drop some money on the counter immediately. I’m sure I’m not the only one…I would think you could make some good money with this.

Hey Folks here are a couple I have done, some are complete, some are not, all of them have the base , the neck , complete, I have not put the stainless 510 on yet, some people like the Clover 510 , a design I made awhile back, you will see some pictures of it below, The prices vary on each Stand, none are the same and I do know adding the Stainless Clover 510 to the base and neck is 50.00 , so if you want that style , let me know. The large ones, range from 225.00 includes hardwood or stabilizes wood, multi colors of resin, brass or stainless accents or both, Clover 510 or Extra wide 510. The Mid-Size range from 100 to 175. I have some small ones but not complete, they should be around 50 to 100.
this one is still chucked in the lathe, getting ready to go buff/wax, install 510.

Holy flipping gorgeousness. You are SO talented. I’m just agog with artistic metalwork, and the resin! Wow. Just wow. You need to make sure you have a Facebook account for your venture, and just start popping into random vape groups on FB. Some of my favorites are Old Vapers, Wendy Vapes Hangout, DIY E-Juice Recipes, and Freedom to Mix, though I’m by no means an ‘active’ Facebooker.
But from what I’ve seen, those are fun places to hang out, talk vape, and show off your goodies. You can’t advertise in most without permission, but many of them have ‘side’ groups for trades or artisan offerings in the vape-verse.
Trust me, with craftsmanship like that, you’ll have a waiting list in no time just by word of mouth… the collectors like to show off their goodies!
BTW, The ONLY reason I’m not chasing you down like a wildebeest to get my paws on one is budgetary, but please do IM me when you get yourself a ‘home’ on Facebook, and I’ll happily spread the word, and put your goodies on my ‘someday’ list.

I use to be on Facebook, but have not visited there in about 4-5 months, I did just start a Instagram page about 6 weeks ago , and just started doing resin, and just now stabilizing wood and triple dyeing it, (long process), I am awweld41 on Instagram, if you want to check my page out, got a lot of art there, metal, wood, resin casting, resin pictures, and I show my shop equipment there to. I think I will make a separate FB page just with my art stuff. Thanks for the heads up…
