I’ve received a lot of gifts over the years here, and a lot of different kinds of cotton. No matter what I’ve tried, I ALWAYS go back to Koh Gen Do. Natural, unbleached, thick squares. Maybe there’s better, but I haven’t found it yet.

only issues i have are with 21700 batts I sometimes tare them putting them in. But i always order new wraps so i can rewrap them

What’s happening? Did you clean it up like we discussed? Alcohol and cotton swab? A couple of months is still under warranty.

Did you clean the battery at Both ends? If so try some light sandpaper on the charger terminal’s. Read the instructions. May be set wrong. Setting are normally the multiple presses on the slot button. Some chargers it might be the mode button. Some are both buttons.

Yes, I cleaned both ends of the battery as well as both ends of the slots and the channel in between with alcohol as well as using the eraser (which just saved a 3rd mod just yesterday by the way). Ugh, no, it didn’t occur to me to use sandpaper, I wonder why?? I will play around with pressing the buttons again.

Read the instructions for the X-Star. It has all the options SD mentioned on his charger. It’s too easy to set those options sometimes. See if there is a option to reset to default.
