Arroz Con Pollo I know it translates to Rice & Chicken, but definitely sounds better in Spanish
Ingredients Used
Did Peppers & Chicken @ 170F for 30 minutes at first
Cooked them at 400F for 15 minutes, turning once
Added rest of ingredients bought to boil and turned down to 250F to simmer for 35 minutes
Straight off the grill, different flavours to Paella but just as enjoyable
Easy to do indoors on the hob as outdoors.

This is a bombdiggity simple cook.
I’m not even GOING to play that video, I’m just going to look at the still …

Looks like you are REALLY ready for BBQ season. When I see some of the BBQ pics you post, I will wish I had “smell-o-vision” !!
Mid-smoke after foiling, looks pretty good. About the ONLY issue has been the apps lack of ability to scan the QR code on initial setup.
Not as heavy on the smoke as I’d have thought, considering I used 3 hours of “Super Smoke”, but not too bad.
Looks delicious. When is admin approval going to happen for “smell-o-vision”. And could you also ask for approval for “taste-o-vision”?
