Hi, I’m Jim and living in the UK. I smoked for for over 59 years and tried everything to stop, patches, gum, hypnosis, and acupuncture, I then tried cigarette and pen type ecigs without success. Having heard about mods I searched on the internet and decided to ring SRVAPERS for advise. I purchased my first mod in January 2015 and apart from buying 10 cigarettes ( dropped and broke the glass in my tank on the way to an all day meeting) and throwing most away have not looked back.
Just got a ss temperature control mod and now looking for stainless on stainless clapton wire to wind myself some coils.
Awsome jim. Well done for getting off the stinkies after that length of time. I stopped 1/1/15 and i can feel a great benifit today from doing so. Smoked for 34 yrs.

Hello amazing people on E Liquid Recipes. I’m Rob62 the 62 stands for the year I was born. Kennedy was the President and the Beatles hadn’t come to America yet, guess that makes me old LOL . I just recently found this site by watching DIY or DIE ( Wayne is a cool guy ) I also like New Amsterdam Vape. ( Also way cool ) I am Very new to diying e liquid so far I have ordered all the flavors I like and my PG,VG and Nic. I’m still waiting on my scale to come. I can’t wait to get started. 5 hrs. Surgery & home with a garden hose cath which he will try to remove today. He’ll be discussing treatment options. The cancer did make it thru the bladder wall but had not invaded the lymph nodoes!
Sorry this short & sweet but blacking out a lot today, going to get a transfusion in a few days & hopefully will begin to feel alive again!!! Miss all of you

I’m Adam, vaping helped me quit smoking over 2 years ago and I’ve very recently got into DIY juices - must have made up 20 or so bottles over the last couple of days and being the impatient bugger I am, still to find a good shake and vape!

I’m not much on introductions I’ve been reading and lurking here for some time now. Gotta say, people here are a lot friendlier and much more helpful than on reddit. Seems like I’m one of those that smoked for 50 years plus then started vaping. Originally I started vaping at work because of a no cigarette policy. Been vaping 18 months and dabbling in DIY for most of that time. I mostly just mix others recipes that look good to me but occasionally come up with something of my own. I’ve been completely cigarette free for 6 months as of April 6, 2016 and feeling better every day. I’m in the States… Mississippi to be exact.
