Beginner mistake

Hi everyone,

I was mixing a new batch and got distracted — I changed PG and VG brands, and they look almost identical except for a small label at the bottom. Ended up using PG instead of VG and only realized it after adding 70%. The mix felt too thin, then I noticed it. I just added 30% VG and kept going with the rest since I didn’t want to waste it.

I only use Zeus mesh, so I know this high PG ratio (70/30) might not be ideal. I thought about just making another 100ml to bring it back to a better ratio, but I’m out of some of the flavors I used — already placing a new order though. In the meantime, do you think I can vape it like that?

Then I made it worse — I grabbed my nic salts instead of freebase, again by mistake. Two of the bottles ended up with 10mg salt (4mL of 250mg in 100mL total). I’ve been vaping 6mg salt on the Zeus almost every night without any issue, so I’m kind of used to it… but 10mg in mesh is definitely pushing it. I’ve read that it’s too much for sub-ohm — I’d like to hear what you think. Is it still manageable if I don’t chain vape?

I’ve mixed around 2.4L for myself so far, never had a real problem — and now I messed up twice at the same time
Would appreciate any thoughts or similar experiences.

I’m using the magnetic stirrer for the 70pg right now.

I guess I will make it 60vg/40pg adding other similar flavors.

Strength wise freebase and salts are equal, salts just absorb a tad faster for some people.

Sorry, I meant I dosed it like it was my 100mg/mL freebase, but it was actually 250mg/mL salt — so the problem wasn’t the type, but the strength

Yep that makes a difference…lol just add some vg and a few drops of flavor.

I was more anxious because I hate making mistakes. Guess I was tired after working.

I got calm after and I will just try them at 10mg. Maybe that guy that told maybe 12mg would make me vape less as right or maybe not. I guess you are the same Letitia hehe if it’s too strong I just store it.

I’m more worried about my 70pg juice because it’s my favorite recipe so far (strawberry milkshake), if I want to fix it I would end with 330ml of juice.
I would end up with this mix:

Strawberry Smash (SSA) – 2.50%

Milkshake Dairy (SSA) – 2.50%

Dragonfruit (CAP) – 0 → 1.25%

White Peach (SSA) – 0 → 0.75%

Juicy Strawberry (fa) – 0.99%

Vanilla Custard (FLV) – 0.61%

Creamy Vanilla (cap) – 0.59%

Vienna Cream (FA) – 0.51%

Sweet Cream (CAP) – 0.49%

Super Sweet (CAP) – 0.30%

The white peach and dragonfruit is what I have to replace juicy strawberry, I thought about billbery too or ripe cherry. I got a lot of fruits, but I don’t know if anything else will make it

But it’s looking like a Frankstein.
I’m out of sweet cream, creamy vanilla.
I was ordering only 10ml flavor to test them, I already ordered 100ml juicy strawberry, but it will take a while.

I’m out of sweet cream and creamy vanilla too. Changing it with vanilla custard flv and Vienna cream

Maybe I should just toss it or use as a base for another mix?
