@lukeloop I’m like you I get a pepper taste from most vanilla LB ice cream is the only one I don’t as long as it’s 2.75% or less I don’t but as soon as I go over 2.75% then comes the pepper taste drop your Percentage in till you find your sweet spot hope this helps you
