I’m trying to make a juice that tastes like “Mikes Hard Apple Pear”
It’s a seasonal concoction so I don’t know how long it will be around.
Trying to figure what booze to use and trying to figure the light carbonation.
Going to work on it when I get some time off.

I don’t know for sure but it sure seems like Fuji would be a good start. The apple tastes just like the apple I use in my CranApple mix.
I’m off for 3 days next week. I’m going to get started on it.
If you get a chance to grab a 6 pack, try it out.

Tpa Honeydew ive used from .5 to 3pct …Check out my Dewberry Recipes …Shape Up Pear i believe i used at 2 to 3 pct with another Pear and an apple to round it out

Out of those 4 I’d say Molinberry Shape Up Pear and FLV Pearesto are two really good ones. Both are used in one of my favorite pear recipes Tipsy Pear (Check cookies). Also my fav pears aside from VT’s two pears would have to be FA Pear (because it’s sweet and syrupy).

I would have to agree with Mcduckie…I also like INW and MF …WF SC ripe pear is supposed to be descent but i havent used it enough to make an informed opinion

Sorry this is from a long time ago, I do that alot Ill ask you guys a question then i’ll gap out for a week or a month.
