The WTF box looks like it may be of interest to @Flavor_Alchemist .I can see some salad possibilities.
I think I will have to pass on the next go around . The Dogwoods are blooming so Crappie , Morels, and Turkeys are needing some attention for the next month or so.

Tasting notes on beta box 2 , all mixed at 10%
Sweet Potato , interesting flavor and very sweet.I also get a floral note and can taste S.P. at a 40 watt range but it is slight mostly just sweet.At higher wattage around 65 I get a different taste I can’t pinpoint but it reminds me of Ginger? Not a bad flavor just very different from what I am used too.
Baklava ,lightly sweet, slightly nutty dough like bread note.I get a light smoke flavor as well.No noticeable flavor change with varying wattage’s.I also agree with zigz and a higher% test may be needed.
Baklava 2 ,This reminds me of the Baklava I have had in the past.I can taste the nuts , honey, and flour.Very pleasant taste not too sweet or heavy at all.
Shortbread cookie , I get a dry sweet cookie taste but with a slight citrus note.I could see this being used with fruit or creams.Very pleasant flavor but I would try a lower percentage next time.
Oatmeal Cookie,I get a sweet oatmeal but I get more of a nice bowl of lightly sweet brown sugar oatmeal more than a oatmeal cookie.I agree with zigz and think it may need a higher mixing percentage.Very good useful flavor but I want more of it.
White Chocolate , very sweet white chocolate. It reminds me of a cookies and creme bar.I could hit this all by itself at 10% and be pretty satisfied.I like this flavor so it will be interesting to see how the others feel about this.This was much more than I was expecting as chocolate isn’t really my thing as they say.
Baked Bread , this is yeasty and first thought was grab a beer for some reason.I grabbed a Shiner Bock and then it hit me.This takes me back to King’s Island amusement park and the German soft pretzels they serve.This is not an ADV but damn I wish I could have this flavor at times.Please @Walt_RealFlavors save me a bottle of this! This may be the flavor we beer drinkers need.I no longer wish for a vinegar and salt vape after trying this.Pleeeze Walt!
Ginger Ale , I do like this flavor very much.It is yummy and refreshing , perhaps a tad light at 10% but I will leave that up to the Wolverines cough…cough… @Ken_O_Where . I have worked with several from Michigan who would always bring back Vernors for us to have on occasion.
Thank you again Walt for the opportunity to test these.It was fun and I will be very interested in seeing how far my taste perception differ from the others. For the record all my testing was done with a Bo-Sun rda with a SS fused clapton.I love the flavor it provides but please note that I have to run in the 65 plus watt range unless otherwise noted.I mixed all at 10% with a 70/30 -VG/PG ratio.They were mixed with a milk frother and ran through an USC at 45 degrees Celsius for one 15 minute cycle.

We are breaking down walls here haha. Sometimes these odd flavors are what makes juice stand apart from the normal. It is fun to play around.
After beta box 3 you will be able to make Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Unfortunately, I mixed at 8% the first time and got very little flavor, so I’ve remixed.
PLEASE, please add your flavoring notes to each of the flavorings in the database!!

Thank you @BoyHowdy for your thought and heads up…Was kinda confused when I read WTF box…but then scrolled up and saw your reference…Yeah…Got some flavors lined up, as we speak for that Tossed salad recipe…Also @Walt_RealFlavors…Got Beta 2 Flavors in steep now…coupla weeks…

I tested a couple last night, they were a bit light but i also tested some of the first ones that i mixed (box 1) that were light as well and the flavor was much more prevalent now. Long curing times really make them pop. So what i am going to do is let them sit just a few more days then hit them with some heat before testing. I put them in glass and ill have the wife bring up the USC from the basement. I would normally just let them cure longer but i am sure Walt is interested in feedback as quickly as possible.
That bread… What an interesting flavor that is.
I am going to let the wife do the testing on that one, it is her favorite soda flavor.
