I see rhubarb I instantly think of grandmaā€™s strawberry rhubarb pie so that one has my interest. I looked at the buckthorns online they are a very sour berry so they may work well to round out sweet things.
Wasabi Yeah sorta scary The smoke I think I could do something like smoked grilled peaches with it. A little toasted marshmallow, brown sugar, juicy peach and the smoke flavor might be sorta interesting.

Oh yeah and only two left when I was there.
