Butterscotch Recipe

Hi all,

I just wondered if anyone could recommend a good butterscotch recipe. I noticed a lot of highly rated recipes that contained butterscotch but none that were just butterscotch on it’s own.

Any suggestions would be fantastic!

A very dear friend of mine on another forum gave me this one and it’s great, not in my wheel house, but wifey loves it.

I’ve been working with this one. Upped the Butterscotch 1% on the second batch and so far I’m loving it, round 3 will be 1% more Butterscotch.

PB SCOTCHIE II : http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/653972/PB+SCOTCHIE+II

4% Butterscotch (FW)
2% Caramel (Original) (TPA)
4% Cheesecake (FW)
3% Peanut Butter ( TFA )
2% Sweet Cream (TPA)
1% Vanillin 10% (TPA)

Flavor total: 16%

I learned from when we were all fixated on Butterscotch last year Butterscotch only Vape? that Butter Rum is a key supporting note to helping achieve the buttery top notes you’d want in it. LA’s is the best one to me. Here are two of mine I like.

It’s for a friend of mine so I am not incredibly fussed how perfect the mix is. I ordered all the flavours for @GPC2012 recipe. Sounds like the butter rum should be in there after reading through that old threat. I guess I’ll see how it goes with that mix… Thanks for all the replies!

Thank you very much for the links and the advice. Butterscotch is a weakness, and I would have never considered butter rum. IMHO, LA’s Butter Rum is fantastic. 1 of only a few of LA’s that I vape, but the best. I can’t wait to read that thread as well…tyty

I love Butter Rum LA too man does it add that top note you’d expect when you suck on the candy…the buttery tones now to get the candy sweetness down is always a personal touch but I am sure pyrue liquid sweetener would do the trick !

And I just got the Pyure in last week. Still learning percentages on it, but starting low as I can always go higher. I think I will definitely be adding it in there somewhere  Thank you!

Do yourself a favor & take it out of the original packaging as that dropper spout is too large of a drop unless your making something 50 mls or larger. I put it in a smallest dropper bottle and it drops around 0.25-0.50 much easier to control.

I did exactly that. I think you told me that on the other thread? When I dropped it on my finger to try it I saw how big the drops were, and first thing I transferred it. It was an accident looking for a place to happen in the og. I mix smaller batches when testing, not way was it usable then. I started at .25%, they are still steeping :frowning:
