Hey all, i have a question. I was looking through the recipes and found some which looked interesting to try, but use Capella creamy yoghurt. Here in the EU it seems to almost be impossible to get the original V1, so the question is: is the V2 of it much different or can i replace them?

There os a difference between the two , V1 is more creamy and no butyric note. If i was going to use something besides the V1 i would probably choose another Yogurt like maybe FW Yogurt or MB Creamy Greek Yogurt , Nomz has a yohurt as well.
