I think it’s the best idea ever! Countless enjoyment.
I mean, yes, and no @Mediocre_Remedial hehe. For some reason, most of “ours” seem to get stuck behind the stove/oven LOL.
That bowl with the water in it? STALE!
This, like the rest of the house in now MINE!
I can open closets.
Awwwww that’s one big fluffy cat!
??? As I recall, he was only 27" long and a bit overweight at 18 lb’s.
Now THIS is what a Maine Coon often CAN be.
Ours had a pink ribbon that had the tiny ridges on it. “Tickfaw” would run around the island and you’d hear ZIIIIP… One day I was vacuuming our bedroom and the ribbon was under the bed. I heard, ziiiip! And then it was in the vacuums belly.
Cat scrambled from under the bed and ran off. After that, anytime he heard the vacuum, no matter where in the house, he’d make a beeline behind the couch. Never played with his ribbon again.
Omg, poor kitty lol. All three of our cats are terrified of vaccumes and as far as I’m aware I never did anything to scare him. They also growl and run away at the sound of sirens though.
LOL!!! Being the spring chickens we are, we have a robot vacuum and mop. Sometimes I like to run it in the afternoon because our mutt terrier chases it and barks at it. Her name is Sybil after the book. Girl with 16 personalities.
Our other terrier scares thunder away. Takes a little while…
Ill never understand the argument that outdoor cats supposedly kill so many wild birds that it makes a big impact. My cats catch voles, I’ve never in my life seen a cat successfully pounce a bird. Only I’ve found baby birds or baby rabbits. Feral cats on the other hand I imagine to be a lot more savvy and fierce. They aren’t house cats though.
Funny enough, I was told a story about a big fat old house cat that was only outdoors on a leash, and he leaped into the air and caught a humming bird of all things. You’d never believe it if you saw that cat. I don’t even know what to say about that one. I see more birds that get hit by cars on the road than I do left on the ground by cats. My cats have brought mice and voles, but never birds.
i guess i should have given a little context…i watched him walk out towards the feeders and any birds around left. he looked around and yawned, laid down , rolled over and went to sleep.hard to imagine him hunting down anything to be honest.
